Thank you so much to everyone who has supported the friends@BSCS for the last couple of years we have now raised £7000! This is fantastic! BSCS Open Day and Open Evening - Wednesday 24 September 2014 | 11 Sep
We are running bookable tours during the day at 8.45am, 9.45am, 11.05am and 1.35pm (please book by calling 01454 868840 or e mailing firstname.lastname@example.org). Our Open Evening is from 6 - 8pm with Headteacher talks at 6pm and 6.45pm. We look forward to seeing you.

Students please come along and visit the LRC before school, breaktime, lunchtime or after school where books and novelties can be purchased at a competitive price. Parents please free to come along any day from 3.30 - 5pm.

In line with the school’s Safeguarding policy the recruitment of all staff is subject to the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006, which came into effect in 2008. This introduced a new vetting and barring scheme for all those working with children and young people.
This means that the following pre-appointment checks will be carried out on all staff working in the school:
- UK residence or permission to work in UK
- DBS enhanced disclosure
- List 99 check
- overseas criminal record check (where necessary)
- medical fitness
- professional status
